ICC’s Active SoftSwitch offering is fully brandable with all the products and service inherent in the latest PortaOne softswitch release. ICC Hosted Softswitch offers a fully featured carrier grade softswitch, billing, radius AAA, full class five features and full wholesale and retail VoIP services. ICC has its own innovate and value added services such as the White Brand Portal, Softphone Dialler, API Integration tool to name a few.
ICC is a “Core Network Services Provider” and it focuses on providing the core network infrastructure giving you full admin control so you get the solution in its entirety. How It Works
PortaOne is a software-based, communication services and subscriber management platform, allowing modern communication network providers to unify voice, data and fax traffic within a single network. Its core capabilities include call management, subscriber management, billing management and unified communications. It’s a world class platform which sits at the core of ICC Networks capabilities.
Simply put, ICC provide you with an “environment” on one of its Porta Clusters, and provides you win your own unique IP address for each of the Porta Services you wish to use (for example PortaBilling, PortaSIP, PortaUM, etc). In effect this results in you having your own Porta Interface to log into and administer. It's like having your own Porta. WE DON'T LIMIT ANY FEATURE, FUNCTIONALITY, OR SERVICE from the platform and you are free to use the platform as in line with your own business requirements.
The flagship Porta ASP service has consolidated ICC’s position as a leading and globally recognised "Core Network Service Provider” delivering network capability and service functionality for start up, as well as expanding or consolidating internet telephone service providers around the world. If you are currently unhappy with your existing platform, or ITSP service provider ask for a test account and experience the network and service wrap. ICC will use its database replication tools to migrate your existing customer database onto the ICC network.
