ICC Softphone is a fully skinnable & moduler softphone.
ICC Softphone is one of the only softphones that come with an admin web control interface. Admin can adjust per brand or per reseller the defaults such as:

Example Skin
In the sample softphone skin, the interface has been kept simple where only most used buttons are displayed. The rest of the interface is hidden either in the task bar, or it is just a right click away. All buttons can be displayed on your skin which is dependant on your interface design.
