Description
Calling Card Services are a set of modules designed to be added to your White Branded Portal (WBP) Interface or IVR interface . It consist of three modules. You can choose to install all three modules or select individual modules that meet your needs.
♦ CLI Authentication:
End users can add or Delete their CLI to from a Calling Card Pin for Pinless Authentication. If the CLI is already registered with another PIN, the CLI is removed and added to the new PIN to avoid conflicts. (read more...)
♦ Balance Transfer:
The End user can transfer balance from his new Calling Card to his old card. If the End user has already registered his mobile number for CLI authentication, the end user can put in their mobile number to add extra funds instead of remembering their old PIN. test
♦ CDR Browser:
Using the module, end users can browse through their calling records aswell as their payments. (this is only available for White Branded Portal interface) (read more...)
CLI Authentication with PortaPlus on WhitePortal Interface:
CLI Authentication is a module that can be added to your White Branded Portal (WBP). Via this module, end users can add a CLI to their Calling Card Pin for Pinless Authentication. If the CLI is already registered with another PIN, the CLI is removed and added to the new PIN to avoid conflicts.

Call flow for Calling Card Solution with PortaPlus on IVR Interface:

- Origination partner sends incoming call to PortaSIP [1]
- PortaSIP forwards call to PortaUM [2] which will request PIN (if CLI authentication is not set)
- If PIN or CLI is authenticated PortaUM asks for destination
- After customer enters destination, PortaUM announces minutes available (Can be disabled) and connect the call to termination partner [3]
- If customer enters 100# (this can be changed) as destination, customer is sent to PortaPLUS IVR Interface [4]
- In Porta Plus interface IVR announces up to 3 possible options:
- Save PIN (Add CLI to Calling Card PIN)
- Delete PIN (Remove CLI from the Calling Card PIN)
- Transfer Balance (Transfer available balance from a new calling card to existing account)
- Customer is sent back to PortaUM after every option.
